The annual gathering provides a wonderful opportunity to meet the Seguins of America.
In fact, we come from the provinces of Quebec, Ontario, New Brunswick and even the United States.
Everyone is happy to see each other.
The Association des Séguin d'Amérique (ASA) holds an annual general meeting (AGM). At this meeting, to which all members in good standing are invited,
the Board of Directors takes stock of the previous year. Members are called upon to make certain decisions, particularly with regard to the appointment of auditors.
At this meeting, members may also present proposals and ask questions to the directors on a subject relevant to the activities of the ASA,
in accordance with the applicable rules.
In short, participating in the annual general meeting is a concrete gesture to contribute to the democratic life of the Association.
